The Alleghany County office of Virginia Cooperative Extension is your local connection to Virginia's land-grant universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University.

Through educational programs based on research and developed with input from local stakeholders, we help the people of Alleghany County improve their lives.

We provide education through programs in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, and Community Viability.

Myths and Legends

When: July 31-August 4, 2015

Where: W. E. Skelton 4-H Educational Conference Center

Cost: $235 per camper (this includes meals, lodging, programs, and a t-shirt); $50 per trained teen (2015 CITs must come as campers).

Registration Deadline: How to register—The 4-H Center must re-ceive a completed registration form and payment no later than July 17, 2015.
