Volunteer with the Financial Education Program!

Help individuals and groups

  • Reconcile debts
  • Set goals
  • Budget their spending
  • Save money for important purchases
  • Organize financial records
  • Learn sound money management skills
  • Control cash flow

 

Volunteers receive:

  • A comprehensive training manual with information on budgeting, retirement planning, saving and investing, home buying, and many other finance topics
  • Instruction in counseling techniques
  • Lists of other community resources of use to clients
  • A quarterly newsletter
  • Supplemental trainings throughout the year to build skills and knowledge
  • Recognition through an annual event and quarterly awards.
