Financial Education Volunteer Program
Volunteer with the Financial Education Program!
Help individuals and groups
- Reconcile debts
- Set goals
- Budget their spending
- Save money for important purchases
- Organize financial records
- Learn sound money management skills
- Control cash flow
Volunteers receive:
- A comprehensive training manual with information on budgeting, retirement planning, saving and investing, home buying, and many other finance topics
- Instruction in counseling techniques
- Lists of other community resources of use to clients
- A quarterly newsletter
- Supplemental trainings throughout the year to build skills and knowledge
- Recognition through an annual event and quarterly awards.
