Previous Work Experience

Jenn Truong is the Arlington County Invasive Plant Control Program Coordinator and an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Exotic Plant Pest Council. She previously worked with Fairfax County Park Authority in the Natural Resource Management Division as a Conservation Specialist doing a variety of projects from leading intern crews in invasive plant removal to developing educational materials on various conservation topics. Prior to that she spent several years doing plant quantitative genetics research at Mountain Lake Biological Station in Giles County. She holds a BS in Biology and a BA in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia where she specialized in Biological and Environmental Conservation.
