The Botetourt County office of Virginia Cooperative Extension is your local connection to Virginia's land-grant universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University.

Through educational programs based on research and developed with input from local stakeholders, we help the people of Botetourt County improve their lives.

4-H CAMP dates ANNOUNCED for 2016!

Botetourt 2016 4-H Camp will be June 13, 2016 - June 17, 2016 at the W.E Skelton 4-H Educational Center at Smith Mountain Lake, Wirtz, VA 

Hold these dates! (note: this is a month earlier than previous years)

Botetourt 4-H Camp is open to all boys and girls ages 9 to 13 years old.

4-H Camp Teen Counselors needed - if you will be 14 years old by January 1, 2016 and would like to apply to be a 4-H Camp Teen Counselor, please contact this office for more information, (540)473-8260.
