Education and Degrees

 Sandy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Organizational Management in 1990 from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee; and an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Secretarial Science from Southwest Virginia Community College in Richlands, Virginia in 1979.

Work Experience

Sandy's previous experience includes eight (8) years as a marketing representative for American Electric Power, six (6) years as a volunteer coordinator and public relations secretary for Buchanan General Hospital, and six years as an operating room technician/secretary also for Buchanan General. Prior to accepting her present position she managed the Main Street Teen Center located in Grundy, Virginia.
