THE FARM STORAGE FACILITY LOAN PROGRAM (FSFL)

Farm Service Agency is now offering the Farm Storage Facility Loan Program (FSFL). Although this program has been available before, significant changes have been made for the 2008 Farm Bill. The loan amounts are much greater, more types of facilities now qualify and longer loan terms are available, up to 12 years. These are the major changes to the program. I am attaching a presentation (see below) that will outline the benefits of the program. Please feel free to use this presentation as you see fit. Interested producers should check with their local FSA office for information on how to apply. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have on the program.
