Directions
From Blacksburg - Follow Route 460 West to Newport. Turn right on route 42 East and travel 30 miles to New Castle. At the intersection with Route 311, go straight across to Main Street (which is also Route 615). Travel two miles to the U.S. Forest Service Eastern Divide Work Center Building on left side of road.
From Roanoke/Salem - From Interstate 81, take Exit 141 near Salem. Follow Route 419 North for one mile to intersection with Route 311 North. Turn right and travel 20 miles to New Castle. Turn right on Main Street and travel two miles on Route 615. Craig County Extension is located in the U.S. Forest Service Eastern Divide Work Center Building on left side of road.
