The Essex County office of Virginia Cooperative Extension is your local connection to Virginia's land-grant universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University.

Through educational programs based on research and developed with input from local stakeholders, we help the people of Essex County improve their lives.

We provide education through programs in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, and Community Viability.

2015 Essex Junior 4-H Camp

When: June 29 - July 3, 2015

Where: Jamestown 4-H Educational Center, Williamsburg, Virginia

Who: 4-H’er who are at least 9 years old by September 30, 2015 and no older than 13 years of age as of June 29, 2015.

Cost: $235.00, which covers meals, lodging, transportation, a souvenir T-shirt and a camp photo.
