Serving Safe Food: Employee Food Safety Training Program Schedule
The Serving Safe Food Program enhances employee understanding of food safety's major principles, including handling food through receiving, storing and preparing and serving. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
The two class locations are: Crossroads Institute, 1117 East Stuart Drive, Galax, VA 243333 and Smyth County Extension Office, 121 Bagley Circle, Suite 434, Marion, VA 24354.
