Become an expert on all things green by enrolling in the
Henrico Master Gardener Program!

The Master Gardener program includes training and instruction in all aspects of horticulture, including lawn care; trees and shrubs; vegetable gardening; and pest management. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday morning from January to March. After completing classroom training, participants serve a 50-hour internship with the Extension Office and help conduct educational programs for the general public.  There is a $125 fee to cover costs of training materials. 

APPLICATIONS ARE NO LONGER BEING TAKEN FOR THE 2011 CLASS. 
PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE TO SIGN UP TO RECEIVE AN APPLICATION FOR THE 2012 CLASS LATER THIS YEAR.
