Teddy, a graduate of the Henrico Master Gardener Class of 2005, serves the agency by overseeing the "SMARTLawns" lawn improvement program,  works with the Speakers' Bureau, provides educational talks to civic, garden, and other organizations, performs diagnostic services, and works closely with the training of new master gardeners.  He is also involved with the Gardens Growing Families community garden program.
