Upcoming Events for Henry County Virginia Cooperative Extension

April 26th4-H Camp Registration. Doors open at 7:00 p.m.  Fee of $225 must be paid by check or money order. NO CASH. Children ages 9 – 13 and in grade 4 and up.
May 4th7th Annual Ray Martin 4-H Fishing Rodeo. 9:00-1:00 at Sportsmen Lake in Ridgeway. Pre-registration required. Children 8-18, parent or guardian must also attend. Lunch and snacks provided. Absolutely FREE event.
May 5thBINGO: sponsored by and at Fontaine Ruritan Club to support 4-H Youth Development. Bingo begins at 3:00.
May 15thHerb Gardening, Jack Dalton Park. Pre-registration is required. $10.00 fee.
June 3rd-7th4-H Junior Camp at the W.E. Skelton Center on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake.
June 13thDeco Mesh Class, Room 2 of the Henry County Admin. Building. Paid fee of $25 and pre-registration is required.
June 18thEdible Flowers. Room 2 of the Henry County Admin. Building. Free class but pre-registration is required.
