Through educational programs based on research and developed with input from local stakeholders, we help the people of James City County improve their lives.

We provide education through programs in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, and Community Viability.

Turf Love Update

Due to program changes, the popular Turf Love Program will not be accepting any applications for lawn visits after Sept. 30, 2009.  We will resume accepting applications for lawn visits in February of 2010.  If you have any questions, please call  Virginia Cooperative Extension at 757-564-2170.
