Debra Copeland is a Family Nutrition Program Assistant serving the counties of Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond and Westmoreland. She is housed in the Lancaster Extension Office. She works with the limited income youth in the community delivering nutrition education at various sites throughout the year.
