From Rt. 460:
Take Campbell Avenue exit into Lynchburg. Stay on Campbell Avenue even as its name changes to Kemper Street and then to Park Avenue. Make no turns until you see Euclid Avenue at Miller Park. Turn left on Euclid Avenue. Take another left turn onto Grove Street. You will see the Lynchburg Parks and Recreation Building on your right. Upstairs on the top floor is the Lynchburg Extension Office.
