Four-H is a community of youth across America who are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. As Extension Agent, 4-H Youth Development, my role is to provide non-formal learning experiences for youth, ages 5-18. We utilize a variety of delivery modes: in-school clubs for 4th and 5th graders, after-school science clubs, community clubs, project clubs, and special interest clubs. During the summer months, we offer day camps, 4-H camp, and State 4-H Congress. There are many learning experiences available for youth, ranging from leadership, to livestock, to robotics.
