Directions from Kilmarnock: Take Route 200 (Jessie DuPont Memorial Highway) to Burgess. Turn left onto Route 360/Northumberland Highway. The Northumberland County VCE Office is next to the Northumberland Public Library.
Directions from Richmond: Take US 360 East to Heathsville. (Heathsville is approximately 80 miles from the east side of Richmond.) The Northumberland County VCE Office is located between the Heathsville United Methodist Church and the Northumberland County Public Library.
