Betty Wright

Work Experience

Betty serves as Unit Administrative Assistant to the Nottoway Extension Office. She began working with VCE in 1989 in Lunenburg and transferred to Nottoway in 1995. She has previous office experience in two garment factories, substitute teaching & substitute secretarial positions in Lunenburg County Public School System. Betty was a former 4H'er raised on a tobacco farm where she experienced farm work, housework, gardening and helping to care for small number of livestock which helps her understand the importance of the work of Cooperative Extension.
