Work Experience Teacher for 10 years in public school systems in West Virginia, North Carolina, and Virginia. Worked as Natural Resource Coordinator at Holiday Lake 4-H Educational Center in early 1990's - Appomattox, VA. Received Masters in 2003 and started as 4-H Associate Extension Agent in Amelia and Nottoway Counties. Presently Unit Coordinator and Extension Agent, 4-H Youth in Nottoway County.

Personal Information Terry is married to Mike Abston, chief ranger at Twin Lakes State Park. They have two children; a son, Thomas, age 19 and a daughter, Katy, age 17. Both attend high school. Terry likes hunting, fishing, camping, cooking, and working with youth.
