Land Rental Guide For The Shenandoah Valley

Every year both farmers and non-farming landowners call their Extension Office to inquire about current rental rates for farmland.  This data can be used to make timely business decisions such as developing operating budgets, determining expansion and as a starting point for lease negotiations.   

Rental Guides are compiled approximately every two years.
