Family and Human Development
Developmental Stages of Parenting & Family Life, Parenting Education and Family Support
Agents use a variety of methods to convey educational information. Topics are often covered in a workshop format. These workshops range in time from 1 - 6 hours. These workshops can be informational (lecture style) or interactive (hands on). Topics are also covered through newsletters, news articles, publications and one on one consultations.
ServSafe
This 10-hour Food Safety Management Course was developed by the Education Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. The ServSafe Course is for Managers of food service operations.
