The Patrick County office of Virginia Cooperative Extension is your local connection to Virginia's land-grant universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University.

Through educational programs based on research and developed with input from local stakeholders, we help the people of Patrick County improve their lives.

We provide education through programs in Agriculture and Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, and Community Viability.

2015 F.I.T. Stuart

This program will begin on April 7th, 2015 and continue for six weeks leading up to our goal race at the Patrick County Strawberry Festival 5K on May 16, 2015. 

Registration fee for the F.I.T. Stuart program is $40.00 and includes two supervised training sessions held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm at DeHart Park, reduced 5K registration fee, t-shirt, journal, and other goodies.
