10th Annual Good Gardening Symposium
The Prince George Office will be having their 10th Annual Good Gardening Symposium sponsored by the Prince George Master Gardener Association on March 10, 2012, 8:45 AM to 3:00 PM at Prince George High School. Registration deadline is March 5, 2012. Seating is limited so please register early.

2012 4-H CIT & Counselor Registration, Application, Reference, Job Description Forms
Teens who are applying for Counselor-in-Training or first year Counselor positions are required to complete a registration form and an application form with three (3) references due on or before March 1, 2012. Note: One (1) of the reference forms must be completed by a teacher, guidance counselor or your school administrator. Each teen applying is required to take the TDRC Training Test. Each participant will be required to attend 24 hours of mandatory trainings. Two (2) of the trainings will be held at Airfield 4-H Center on Saturday, April 21, 2012 and Saturday, May 5, 2012. Both trainings are mandatory. Transportation will not be provided.

2012 4-H Summer Camp Training Module
Counselors and Counselors-in-Training must have twenty-four (24) hours of MANDATORY TRAINING and take the TDRC test before they can attend the 4-H Junior Summer Camp.

2. Click 2012 C-I-T and Counselor TDRC Test (PDF | 56KB) to print the TDRC test, then complete the test and mail or bring to Sharon F. Mallory, Extension Agent, 4-H Youth Development, 400 Farmer St., Suite 218, Petersburg, VA 23803-6367. The test has to be completed and submitted to the Petersburg 4-H Office on or before Thursday, March 1, 2012.
2012 Summer Campers Letter and Registration Form
It's that time of the year again for campers ages 9 to 13 years old to sign-up for the Petersburg 4-H Junior Summer Camp held this year July 30 to August 3, 2012. Petersburg will be camping with Surry, Sussex and Norfolk. Campers will have a wonderful camping experience and meet a lot of new friends. Please don't wait until the last minute to reserve your space.
