If you have limited English skills, do not let that stop you from visiting an Extension office. If you have difficulty speaking or understanding English, our staff can serve you by connecting you to one of our Extension agents through a telephone-based interpreter. January 21st “WAW KICKOFF” – 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m, at Portsmouth Extension Office, 105 Utah St.- 23703
Then sessions begin January 23rd through February 27th – 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Portsmouth Extension Office and various Portsmouth branch library locations!
The program will include free pedometers and healthy recipe samplings, walking, line dance, stand-up abdominal, and low-impact exercise sessions, 3 weigh-ins, and guest presenters.!
