Joyce Eagles

Work Experience
Joyce Eagles works part-time as a Financial Educator providing basic financial management classes for clients who are learning to plan their spending, establish savings, reduce debt and buy homes for the first time. She also works with them individually to assist them in planning to meet financial goals. Previously she was a Special Education teacher in Massachusetts and a Title I Assistant Strategist and Resource Teacher in Iowa. She has served for ten years on the Board of Directors of the Prince William County Service Authority, a user supported agency providing public water and sewer to county residents. She is currently treasurer of the Prince William Public Library System Foundation.


Degrees/Education
BA in Zoology, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, 1966; Certified to teach Special Education classes in Massachusetts.
