2013 Rockingham Junior 4-H Summer Camp
When: July 15-19, 2013
Where: W.E. Skelton 4-H Educational Conference Center at Smith Mountain Lake
Who: Rockingham County residents, 4-H Club members, and students who are ages 9-13 as of September 30, 2013.
Registration Deadline: Return the attached registration form with a $100 deposit or full payment ($240) by Friday, May 10, 2013.

Home Food Preservation Workshops
Join us for a canning workshop teaching the basics of home food preservation. Enjoy a hands-on class setting and preserve your own goodies to take home. Bring your apron and be prepared to learn by doing as we master the art of preserving home-grown fresh produce. The cost of the class is $20. Register by calling the Orange Extension Office at (540) 672-1361. All classes are from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

The Rockingham County 4-H Program will once again be hosting several summer Enrichment camps for area youth. We are very excited to be offering some very exciting new opportunities this year, as well as, continuing many of the most popular camps from previous years.
