ServSafe Food Sanitation Program
Are you a manager of a food service operation in a restaurant, hotel, school, club, or institution? Are you thinking about starting up a new business? The Virginia Department of Health requires that someone be on duty at all times that can demonstrate a knowledge of food safety.
