ServSafe Food Sanitation Program
Are you a manager of a food service operation in a restaurant, hotel, school, club, or institution? Are you thinking about starting up a new business? The Virginia Department of Health requires that someone be on duty at all times that can demonstrate a knowledge of food safety. The 2010 version of Virginia Cooperative Extension's Pest Management Guides are now available on our website. The guides cover Field Crops, Home Grounds and Animals, and Horticultural and Forest Crops.
