Stafford Plant Clinics

Are you having problems with your lawn or garden?  Is something eating your roses?  If your plants are not doing well or if you are being pestered by a particular insect pest or plant disease, you can learn what it is and get recommendations to control the pest or improve the health of your plants… for free!  The Stafford County Virginia Cooperative Extension Office is here to help you.  Bring your questions or problems to our office and a trained horticulture technician or the ANR Extension Agent will find an answer and a solution to your gardening questions and problems. 

In addition, you can speak to one of our Master Gardeners the Plant Clinics in operation during the growing season to help you with you questions.  Current Plant Clinics are in operation at the following sites and times:

Fredericksburg Farmer’s Market Plant Clinic-

Saturday mornings from 9am till noon, April 28 through September 29

Location:  Hurkamp Park on the corner of William St. and Prince Edward St. in Fredericksburg.

Gordon Road/Rt. 3 Farmer’s Market Plant Clinic-

Saturday mornings from 9am till noon, May 5 through August 25

Location: Rt. 3/Gordon Road commuter lot in Spotsylvania

King George Farmer’s Market Plant Clinic-

Saturday mornings Saturdays, 8:00am till Noon

Location:  King George Elementary School at the corner of Rt. 3 and Rt. 205

Porter Library Plant Clinic-

Tuesday Evenings, April 5, through July 26, 6:30pm to 8:30 pm

Location: Lobby of the Porter Library, 2001 parkway Blvd., Stafford, VA

Falls Run Plant Clinic-

Monday mornings, 8am till noon, from late February through mid-November

Location: Falls Run Community Center, 101 Bridgewater Circle in Stafford VA

Salem Church Library Plant Clinic-
