Crystal Smith is the Animal Science Extension Agent for Warren County.  Crystal plans, implements and evaluates innovative, need-based educational programs for horse owners in a five-county area (Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah and Warren).  Programs address not only the health and welfare of the horse, but the sustainability of the horse industry.  Programs include equine business management, nutrition, pasture management, manure management, emergency preparedness and much more!
